My preferred subject matter includes portraits, stillifes and abstracts. Many of my abstracts are more surrealistic in nature, in that they generally have a hint of representational art images, (people, places or things). Others are purely abstract.
I have developed my own distinctive style, which is becoming increasingly recognizable in the art community. It’s characterized by the appearance of movement and the viscous, 3-dementonal effect on folds, shapes and forms on the canvas, .I find it easy and very relaxing to paint abstracts and surrealistic images because they flow directly from my heart to the canvas. Expressing emotions through color, value, form and movement is awesome.
