About my work: I find it easy and very relaxing to paint abstracts and surrealistic images because they flow directly from my heart to the canvas. Expressing emotions through color, value, form and movement is awesome. Many of my abstracts are more surrealistic in nature in that they generally contain at least a hint of representational art images which have been modified to appear unrealistic.
 

About art in general: I am in a perpetual mental struggle with the definition of art, not my art but other people’s art. Is there any instance when we can compare two items or images say this one is art and the other is not? Is it art just because you did it?
